Shopping terms and conditions

The webshop of rchelicopter.hu (rchelicopterhu.uk) designed to fulfill maximally the demands of helicopter modellers and future modellers as much as possible. Our goal is providing quality service, all information about the products, and to ensure all background services connected to RC helicopter modelling, We try to improve our services constantly, to expand our selections based on our customers' needs.

General conditions

Everyone is allowed to shop at rchelicopter.hu, rchelicopterhu.uk websites (rchelicopter.hu in the rest of the document), who is not banned from shopping with us. Regstration is not required to submit an order. We treat the terms and conditions accepted by submitting your order, no separate accpetance is required.

It is possible the shop as registered user. When you will shop as registered user, our system stores your billing and delivery addresses at your user account for future use and for your future convenience. Some particular services are also available for registered users only (for instance: wishlist, discounts linked to memberships, or gathering loyalty points)

Our privacy rules connected to shoppings are available in our privacy statement. Conditions not ruled by this document subjected to legal regulations of the European Union and the United Kingdom.

Our marketed products

Rchelicopter.hu trades remote controlled or model helicopters, lifting propellered aircrafts (multicopters), accessories and spare parts for rc aircraft modelling. Aircraft modelling is a dangerous activity. Rchelicopter.hu denies any responsibility for personal injuries, material damages. Rchelicopter.hu assumes that the customers know and follow the rules of aircraft modelling well, they know the nature of modelling. Rchelicopter.hu denies any responsibility for offenses commited by customers or damages caused by customers intentionally or unintentionally.

Our products meet standards and regulations of European Union, the can be marketed within European Union.

Submitting an order.

Stock information presented in our catalogs are up-to-date, you can rely on them. Stock being available is posted on the same working day or the next working day latest, or we will send an e-mail notification about being ready to pick up - when it's available.

Products not in stock will be posted as soon as it is possible from the United Kingdom. It is a legal requirement to deliver your order within 30 days after the order is submitted (payment completed).

Your order will be treated as submitted after the total amount of the invoice is paid off. Your order is being processed on the same working day or the first working day after your order is submitted and your payment arrived.

Overbooking is possible in a very rare case of technical problems or false stock information. We will contact you as soon as possible in this case to discuss a convenient and acceptable solution. We try to avoid these situations, but when it happens, we correct it on a quick and appropriate way discussed with you.

Picking-up in person

This service is not available in UK. This service is available in Hungary only as per our webshop is in experimental phase. Later on we will introduce local pick-up in the United Kingdom as well.


We post your parcel on the way selected by you. We deliver to the following countries at the moment:

The postal costs are charged to the customer and displayed during the checkout process and on the final invoice as well.

Cancelling or modifying your order

Mistakes in orders can happen to everyone, you forgot something, you order something else than you wanted. Please contact us sooner rather than later in these situations on one of the ways displayed at the bottom of this page to correct your mistakes. You can cancel your order until posting on the same way as well.

Limited Warranty

We offer limited warranty with our products. When the manufacturer doesn't declare differently, we provide warranty until first use, we can accept any claims on products being used, wear parts - due to the nature of modelling. Claiming guarantee can happen by common sense. Obviously we proved replacements or refund for faulty products delivered, or products damaged during delivery.

Due to nature of modelling we cannot provide guarantee in every cases, therefore crashed model cannot be subject of any claims. We deny any responsibilities for secondary damages caused by faulty products marketed by us - including indirect responsibilies. Guarantee conditions of manufacturers are considered.


Rchelicopter.hu provides return policy within 14 days. Anyone can order products mistakenly which is discovered as different after arrival and it can't fulfill its original function. Therefore we buy back these products in not damaged condition. Returning costs are paid by customer. In case of kits we can buy products back in unassembled, complete conditions. Refund provided on the way of initial payment only.

Your safety and security

Rchelicopter.hu takes everything possible to make your shopping safe and secure. Our webshop is running over HTTPS protocol encrypted by SSL, passwords are protected and ecrypted, transactions are handled by the highest safety standards. We make sure that neither you nor us will not become victim of fraud. We take all legal steps in case of any potential suspicion. Sometimes we contact you to make sure the order has been submitted by you indeed.

When it is required, we contact authorities, police, and we will inform you about any potential risks or outcomes. Fraudulent users are blocked off shopping. We try to avoid all such cases by advanced analytic technologies. We refuse to serve any person charged by fraud. It includes abuses like discounts, coupons applied illegally, user accounts used illegally.

When we contact you, we never ask you to tell us your bank card details (especially security or pin codes) or login details including your password via phone or e-mail. We identify you by different methods. If you received such a request, please contact us as soon as possible.
